Shopping

People always seem to ask where the best places are to shop for gluten free foods and as more + more shops are building upon their free from ranges buying food is becoming a much less painful task!

I will write a list here of places I know that are good for GF and what for, as well as review some products as I go through them. (This is a work in progress just FYI!)

Please note that whilst I have not written 'free from'/'gluten free'/'without wheat' etc in the titles for the items to save space, all these items do have something like that written, so CHECK the food you have chosen is definitely GF.
